Terms of Service

These terms govern use of websites, AI-enabled tools, lead-conversion systems and related services provided by Stone Bey LLC, doing business as Bey Services.
Services
Features, deliverables, setup requirements and recurring services are those described in the applicable order, plan or written agreement. Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, lawful content and necessary access.
Fees and recurring service
Setup fees and recurring charges are billed according to the plan selected at purchase. Usage-based services may be subject to allowances, overage charges or limits disclosed with the applicable plan.
Revisions and support
The standard website package includes up to two rounds of revisions during the initial build and 30 calendar days of technical support after launch. A revision round means one consolidated list of requested changes submitted at one time. The recurring service covers hosting, routine system maintenance, monitoring and platform support. It does not include unlimited website edits, ongoing content entry, new pages, redesigns, custom development or changes to third-party services. Work outside the included scope requires a separate written quote and approval before work begins. AI support may answer routine questions and collect requests, but it does not expand the included service scope or authorize free website changes.
30-Day Launch Assurance
We want customers to feel confident getting started. A customer may request cancellation and a refund within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase if Bey Services has not delivered the agreed core website/system substantially as described. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@beysvcs.com within that 30-day period. Third-party costs, domain purchases, phone-number charges, messaging/call usage, advertising spend, custom work already approved beyond the standard package, and other non-recoverable usage charges are not refundable. After the 30-day period, setup fees are non-refundable. Recurring service fees already earned for a billing period are non-refundable except where required by law. This assurance does not apply where delivery is materially delayed because required customer content, approvals, credentials or access were not provided.
No results guarantee
Bey Services provides technology, automation and marketing infrastructure. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, revenue, rankings or business results.
Text messaging
If you opt in to receive Bey Services texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchase. Our SMS Terms describe the messaging program, and our Privacy Policy explains how mobile numbers and consent data are handled.
Acceptable use
You may not use the services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing activity, or to send communications without any consent required by applicable law.
AI systems
AI-generated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers remain responsible for reviewing important business decisions, representations and customer-facing information.
Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before the engagement. Rights in custom deliverables and licensed third-party components are governed by the applicable order or written agreement.
Changes and termination
Services may be modified to maintain security, reliability or legal compliance. Either party may terminate recurring service subject to the applicable billing terms and outstanding charges.
